These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and sorongtoto (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the sorongtoto website located at https://sorongtoto.cam and all related services, products, features, and functionality offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

4.1 Registration

To access the full suite of sorongtoto Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian phone number. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and up to date.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Sorongtoto employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and the Company reserves the right to void any winnings.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Sorongtoto will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify sorongtoto support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Sorongtoto operates a KYC verification programme under which all users are required to submit identity documents — including a government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport, or equivalent) and proof of address — before withdrawal requests are processed. We may also request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of account registration, or upon request by sorongtoto, may result in account suspension.

4.5 Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team via Live Chat, WhatsApp, or email. Any real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure (net of any applicable pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last-used payment method, subject to KYC clearance. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

Sorongtoto reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) an obvious pricing error has occurred; (b) market integrity has been compromised; (c) the bet has been placed in violation of these Terms; or (d) system or software errors have affected the offering of odds.

5.2 Finality of Results

All sports betting results are determined by official results published by the governing body of the relevant sport. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, sorongtoto's decision — which is made in good faith based on available information — shall be final and binding. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems and are equally final.

5.3 In-Play Betting

In-play or live betting markets — including live football coverage of EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, and other competitions — are subject to suspension or early settlement during match interruptions, technical outages, or data feed delays. Sorongtoto will not be liable for any inability to place in-play bets during such periods.

5.4 Mix Parlay and Combination Bets

Mix Parlay bets involve multiple selections combined into a single ticket. If any individual selection within a parlay is voided, the parlay will be recalculated with the remaining selections. A parlay containing a single remaining selection after voids will be treated as a single bet at the stated odds.

5.5 Casino and Live Dealer Games

Casino games — including slots, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, and other titles available on the Platform — are governed by the specific rules displayed for each game. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the round will be voided and stakes returned.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Sorongtoto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Malaysian-local and international payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin.
